The short version: Pay2Bridge is a payment interface, not a money transmitter. Card processing, identity verification, currency conversion, and settlement are handled by licensed third-party partners. Pay2Bridge never takes custody of funds.

Our role

Pay2Bridge provides the technology that lets users create and share payment requests and see their status. We are not a bank, exchange, custodian, or money services business. When a buyer pays, the transaction is processed and settled by a licensed partner, and funds move between the buyer, the partner, and the recipient's designated wallet or account — never through Pay2Bridge.

Licensed partners

Regulated activities are performed by our payment partners, who hold the applicable licenses and registrations in the regions they serve, and who operate their own KYC/AML, sanctions-screening, and consumer-protection programs. Users may be required to complete identity or business verification with these partners before transacting.

Know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering

Identity verification and transaction monitoring are conducted by our licensed partners in accordance with their regulatory obligations. Pay2Bridge cooperates with partners' compliance requirements and does not knowingly facilitate transactions that violate applicable law.

Prohibited activity

The Service may not be used for any business or product prohibited by our partners or by law, including:

We and our partners may decline, hold, or reverse transactions that violate these rules.

No custody of funds

Balances displayed in the Service reflect amounts held by licensed partners or in wallets that users control. Pay2Bridge cannot access, freeze, or move user funds.
