Ownership and control

Every individual who owns 25% or more, and everyone who exercises control regardless of shareholding. If ownership runs through another company, name the individuals at the end of the chain.

No owner or controlling person appears on any sanctions list.

No owner or controlling person is a Politically Exposed Person.

No owner or controlling person has been placed on MATCH or the Terminated Merchant File.

We have had an account terminated or closed by a processor before.

A processor is currently holding a reserve against us.

If you have been terminated before, say so. We will still work with you and it is not automatically disqualifying. It is only fatal when an acquirer discovers it themselves after approval — at that point it is a misrepresentation rather than a risk they chose to take.

The settlement account must be a demand deposit account at a regulated institution, held in the exact legal name of the applying business.
